Revere High School building project remains on budget, officials say

Brian Deakin, senior project manager for the Revere High School rebuilding project, told the City Council on Monday that the design development package reconciled independent cost estimates and remains within the project’s target budget.
Deakin said two independent estimates — one from the construction manager Consigli and a design‑firm estimator — were reconciled and came in on budget, ‘‘slightly a fraction of a percent under the target budget,’’ allowing the project to proceed to the 60% construction document phase.
