Planning staff reviews 2024 approvals, zoning code rewrite and 2025 industrial EIRs

Mansour said the Planning Commission approved one major residential development, the Sequoias neighborhood in the Meadows community, for 57 single-family residences; grading has finished and the first-phase building permits were issued in February. The commission reviewed the Great Scott project, a multi-entitlement proposal for a contractor storage yard and associated open space; Mansour said the City Council approved that project in 2024.
