Staff noted the recordings go into the Zoom account and can be republished from the archive and suggested the board formalize how long recordings should remain directly accessible versus archived requiring a request.
Board members also asked about the timing of written minutes; staff confirmed that approved minutes are posted after board approval and that the board’s practice is often running one meeting behind for posting official minutes.
