Judge Krebs added that the tower crane seen in earlier videos had been removed and the contractor, Fulton Construction, was maintaining the schedule. “We’re still on schedule to have this building completed, April, end of April, sometime maybe May. It should be completed of ’26,” Judge Krebs said.
Hernandez advised the court that the contractor has already begun asking the county to select office furniture, reflecting the project’s advanced stage. He noted the project schedule included a marked critical path for remaining work.
No formal action was taken at the meeting on the project report; the court’s monthly construction update was received and entered into the record.
