Pflugerville planners describe permit process and update timeline for Downtown East project

Senior planner Michael Petrowski said the recreation center is the first project moving forward and that staff were “on the last step here and we're hoping that we will soon be clearing all comments and starting construction.” Petrowski said staff inspect for compliance with plan sets and check elements such as building elevations, landscaping, sidewalks and parking to ensure projects serve residents as intended.
