Hershelman said she is a lifelong Evansville resident (apart from four years in college) and that the Bridal Group assists public entities with project delivery methods under state statute, construction project management and provides capacity to help manage projects to completion. She added her firm also has an economic development side and is assisting the city with housing initiatives.
Board members welcomed Hershelman; no formal appointment vote was recorded during the meeting excerpt. Hershelman thanked the board for the welcome and said she looked forward to working with port staff and commissioners.
