The Eagan Advisory Planning Commission approved its 2025 meeting calendar on Jan. 28, voting 6-0 to adopt the dates listed on the agenda after correcting a clerical date discrepancy for the December meeting.
Mr. Schultz, planning staff, presented the calendar dates listed on the agenda and noted a scheduling correction for the December meeting moved to Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025. The commission briefly reviewed several monthly dates and confirmed the calendar.
Secretary Whitfield moved to approve the 2025 meeting dates; Vice Chair Wissnett seconded. The motion passed 6-0.
Schultz told commissioners that staff has one pending application currently deemed incomplete and that no applications had been submitted for January; "so it's most likely we'll be canceling the February APC meeting," he said, but added that City Council would have to formally cancel the APC meeting in past practice. Staff said it will notify commissioners if the status changes.
The commission adjourned after approving the calendar and completing the evening’s business.
