The Utah County Commission announced multiple holds and continuations of agenda items during the meeting.
The commission voted to continue regular agenda items 7, 8 and 9 until next week, January 15. Regular agenda item 1 was held for further review. The commission also recorded holds for regular agenda item 14 and 17, struck closed-session items 19 and 20, and held closed-session items 18 and 21.
During discussion of item 1 (a retirement-plan vendor, Voya, and associated billing), Ralph Barnes in Human Resources said the county would not receive the first invoice until February, and that some funding details were not yet finalized; commissioners agreed to table the item for a week to allow fine-tuning. The meeting included a brief mention of roof-related projects tied to consent items 12 and 13; those items were highlighted but not held.
The motions to continue and to hold the listed items were approved by voice vote.
