The motion, made by Commissioner Brackett and seconded by Commissioner Lim, carried with Chair Carolyn Ransom Scott, Vice Chair Aquino, Commissioner Lim and Commissioner Brackett voting yes.
The contract covers recurring landscape maintenance, ordinary repairs and capital repairs for four plazas in the CFD 1 area. OCII staff said the recommended contractor — identified in staff materials as Korotkin Associates after a reissued request for proposals — received the highest score from the evaluation committee. Staff said the initial contract term is three years with an option to extend for up to an additional three years and that the total aggregate contract amount will not exceed $1,823,152 as amended by the commission.
