Commissioners discussed administrative workload and noted that staff or software could flag upcoming expirations; staff agreed to include reminders in permit workflow. The commission made a formal recommendation to the City Council to change Chapter 3.6 (conditional use permit expiration) to a one‑year-from-issuance schedule.
