Council Chair Linda Sosa said the submittal had not been reworked because Havocin was ill and that the staff member working with Brad Bunker on the document had not yet received a response. Members decided to add the item to the Jan. 21 regular meeting agenda so council can review the reworked submittal and vote as needed.
No formal vote occurred on the submittal during the work session; the item was scheduled for a future meeting.
