Commissioners and the municipal engineer said revisions to the plan arrived too recently for a complete engineering review and that the township must have the full package, including the planning module and finalized engineer comments, before recommending approval. Commissioners also noted county review comments and a pending Land Conservancy of Adams County interest in the property that the applicant said would be addressed on the plan.
A motion to defer consideration to the March meeting passed by voice vote. Township staff said the applicant has 90 days for municipal review; the commission said deferring one month would allow the engineer to complete a thorough review and allow the commission to ensure all county and conservancy conditions are met before forwarding a recommendation to the supervisors.
