David Barbudy, the project architect representing 138'140 Columbus Avenue, LLC, said the business had no noise complaints, police reports or other complaints over the last five years. The applicant confirmed that the use will remain the same as previously permitted.
The board voted to leave the public hearing open until the next meeting to allow time for any further submissions or public comment. If the applicant needs to change plans before the vote, they were instructed to submit revised materials to the building department.
No public commenters spoke at the hearing.
