Staff said they would send calendar invitations to members and attempt to place any ready items on the Jan. 5 agenda; items that require more time would remain on Jan. 12’s agenda.
A board member noted potential conflicts for attendance and asked staff to coordinate; members discussed the possibility of moving some items between the two dates depending on readiness and advertising requirements.
