The Town Board of Grand Island took the following actions on Feb. 3, 2025 (roll-call votes noted where recorded):
- Referred the Gulfview PDD/concept plan (14.4-acre parcel) to the Planning Board for further review and recommendations. Outcome: approved by roll call.
- Tabled the special-use permit renewal for a training and boarding center at 2488A Greenland Boulevard (operator named in public comment as Kelly Schwagel) due to reported code violations and safety concerns; the town directed code enforcement to inspect and report. Outcome: tabled by roll call.
- Adopted the reorganization chart for the Water and Wastewater Departments establishing senior operators reporting to the Town Board, subject to any collective-bargaining negotiations. Outcome: approved by roll call.

- Approved payments from multiple funds totaling $649,228.36 (general, highway, sewer, water, capital, refuse/garbage funds). Outcome: approved by roll call.
- Moved several routine appointments to advisory boards and reappointed members where terms had expired (planning, assessment review, architectural review). Outcomes: approved by roll calls as recorded in minutes.
