Director Buettner told the commission the Lake at Kenai preliminary plat was submitted by McLean Consulting on behalf of the property owner and would replat Tract A of the Lake at Kenai 2016 addition, phase 1, to create nine residential lots and to dedicate Wright’s Way, including a 60‑foot Peace of Mind Circle and a 102‑foot Anglers Cove Court. Buettner said the plat “does meet the general standards of our municipal code” and fits the existing rural residential zoning.
