The Clearfield County Board of Commissioners approved payment of county bills across multiple funds totaling $9,096,618.38, Controller Edwards reported during the meeting. The general fund portion was $8,636,542.72; the controller said $2,000,000 of that amount was transferred back into the county operating reserve after earlier use for payroll, and $400,000 was applied as a contribution toward the county retirement plan.
Controller Edwards detailed other fund disbursements: liquid fuels $6,420.80; hazardous materials $2,528.99; 911 $6,377.06; Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) $50,769; domestic relations $2,607.27; and Children & Youth Services (CYS) $391,372.54. The board approved the bills by voice vote.
Following the vote, commissioners signed the documents for processing. No public comment was recorded on the bills.
