Clearfield County salary board approves new public defender hires and summer intern pay

Finally, the board created a summer certified legal intern position, with weekly pay set at $250 and an effective date of June 2, 2025.
Jendi Schwab, chief public defender, presented the requests and the board approved each item by voice vote. The Salary Board approved its prior minutes from the May 13, 2025 salary-board meeting and then adjourned.
