Lake Oswego council adopts biennium budget and related resolution package

Councilor Corrigan moved to adopt Resolutions 25-11, 25-12, 25-13 and 25-14; Councilor Afghan seconded. After brief comments of appreciation for staff work from several councilors, the motion passed 6-0.
Separately, the council’s redevelopment agency held a public hearing and adopted its fiscal plan for the biennium, which is primarily focused on debt-service payments for the East End/North Anchor project. Redevelopment Agency Director Cross said there were no substantive changes to that budget; the RDA resolution passed 6-0.
