Kootenai County commissioners approve construction change orders, invoices, NG911 data-sharing MOA and other routine items

Kootenai County commissioners on a routine meeting approved multiple construction change orders and payments, signed a memorandum of agreement to share GIS data for NextGen 9‑1‑1 services and completed a Community Development Block Grant closeout.

The board voted unanimously on motions to: approve meeting minutes and a consent calendar; accept payables for May 2025 totaling $303,026.85 plus jury panel payments of $583.55; authorize change orders for the Justice Building project including added exterior window shades and an expansion‑joint connection; approve a change order for additional fire‑stopping work required by the City of Coeur d’Alene fire inspector; pay a $23,000 invoice to Western Detention for lock remanufacture at the Juvenile Detention Center; authorize a boiler repair at the old courthouse; accept closeout documents for the Panhandle Village phase 2 water system project funded in part by the Idaho Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); approve two Justice Building door control invoices; approve a ground lease for aircraft ramp parking with Firetown LLC that will generate $11,001.98 annually; and grant a limited…
