Committee approves $10,000 increase to Meritek laboratory services purchase order for mandated water testing

Stone characterized the testing as required by new mandates; he did not provide detailed line‑item pricing in the committee remarks. The procurement was described as an increase to an existing contract; no change to vendor or contract scope beyond the increased PO amount was stated.
