Resident urges crosswalks near park as Mona Soda prepares to open downtown

Council members responded that the road is a county facility and that the council would contact County staff (Lynn) to request evaluation of crosswalks and other pedestrian-safety measures. No formal vote was taken; staff noted planned road work in the area in the coming year, which may affect any permanent installation and will be considered in coordination with the county.
