- 2023'24 Year-End Balance Transfer: The board approved transferring the 2023'24 year-end balance of $232,725 into a newly created educational expense account.

- Executive Session: The board voted to enter executive session to discuss the superintendent's contract and invited the superintendent and legal counsel; the motion to go into executive session passed unanimously.
