Board approves final plat for Evergreen Fields Phase 5 subject to 16 conditions

According to trustees, the final plat is substantially equivalent to what the Planning Commission approved and was presented to the board for final action. No amendments or additional conditions were added during the board discussion; the board approved the plat by voice vote.
The approval requires the developer to comply with the 16 conditions attached to the Planning Commission recommendation before final acceptance and recordation of the plat.
