Board members moved and seconded the agenda item listed as 7A–7B; the motion passed on voice vote. The transcript records the board approving "7 A To 7 B" with the board president calling "All in favor? Aye. Motion passes."
The amended language and marked copy of the policy were distributed to board members for review, Kledson said.
