Cordelia Power seeks county right-of-way permission; application under legal review

County staff said legal review is pending and that the county expects to have comments from counsel before the first February meeting; Quine O'Neal and the county agreed to keep communications open and to provide updates at the next court meeting. The court’s discussion also noted that right-of-way jurisdiction is a county responsibility and that the county will notify landowners if the project advances.
