Yamhill County on Jan. 23 approved a grant agreement (No. 184213) with the Oregon Health Authority to fund the county’s Nurse Family Partnership home-visiting program for first-time or at-risk parents in the amount of $447,720.
The agreement is retroactive to Sept. 30, 2024, and runs through Sept. 29, 2025. County officials described the program as a home-visiting service for first-time or at-risk parents and moved and approved the grant during the board’s regular session.
The motion to accept the grant passed by voice vote without further discussion. Staff will execute the grant agreement and proceed with implementation under the Health & Human Services department’s program structure.
The board gave unanimous approval on the recorded voice vote; no amendments to the agreement were made during the meeting.
