District reports mobile-panel clinic work nearly framed, but exterior sewer damage could delay completion

A district facilities representative told the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District board that the mobile-panel clinic conversion is largely framed and interior work on plumbing and electrical is underway but that an outside sewer line running through the school site is crushed and may delay finishing the project.
The facilities representative said framing for the mobile-panel conversion is “about 90%” complete and that the project team is working on in-wall plumbing and electrical; they said they hope to get an inspection so sheetrocking can start “maybe by next week.”
On outstanding site work, the representative said some delays have been caused by sewer issues unrelated to the clinic’s internal plumbing: “There's a major sewer line going through the middle of the school that's crushed in some places. Before they'll be able to get a [CO?], we'll have to do something with it. It's outside of this project.” Board members discussed whether the work could be rerouted; staff said that resolution and any tie-in will likely be treated as a separate phase or project and could extend the timeline.
