Financial and administrative approvals included claims docket numbers 2501594 to 2501807, reconciled bank statements, a fund balance analysis, statements of revenue and expenditures, a monthly cash flow statement for district maintenance, approval of fixed-asset deletions, and a lease cancellation for a 3-acre residential sixteenth-section lease (lease ID 168573).
Public comment and executive session: A member of the public (Charles Ferguson) requested to discuss the release of a student record; the board directed that matter to executive session because it involved a student. Several personnel and student transfer items were also referred to or discussed in executive session as permitted by law.
