The board approved professional development, field trips and special‑education billing arrangements, including a School‑Based Access Program billing agreement with Northwest Tri‑County Intermediate Unit 5 and a field trip for 11 Scitech students to Penn State main campus on Feb. 1–2. The Office of Human Resources items — including creation of a special‑education instructional aide position at Saint Franklin, a job description for a John Harris guidance secretary, multiple appointments and resignations, leave requests and supplemental staffing for after‑school programs — were approved as presented.

Superintendent Dr. Benjamin Henry presented and the board approved an independent vulnerability study contractor for Hamilton and Still elementary schools ($6,400), a comprehensive enrollment update with the Pennsylvania Economy League, an early‑bird agreement with the Harrisburg Education Association, and the rescission of the termination of the license agreement with Wild Heart Ministry for Joshua Farm (Hill Farm) to remain in effect through Dec. 31, 2025. The board also approved a contract with Mass Insight to evaluate central office administrative structure at a not‑to‑exceed cost of $62,800; the superintendent said the district will seek reimbursement from Pennsylvania Department of Education recovery funds for that expenditure.
On policy, the board approved Policy 249 (as revised) and Policy 911 (news media relations, updating district spokesperson), and deferred Policy 807 for further solicitor review.
