Council reappoints Joel Fine and Ian Scofield to Mountain Regional Water board after remote interviews

"We're in the middle of processes on [treatment] ... and we should look at how to get the most out of the Signal Hill Water Treatment Plant," Scofield said. He also urged attention to facility storage for vehicles and equipment to extend asset longevity.
Council members thanked both applicants for their service. Candace (first name only in the record) thanked Fine for his time on both the planning commission and the water board; Megan (first name only) repeated appreciation for Fine and for Scofield's technical background.
The council made the reappointments by motion later in the meeting. The motion to reappoint Joel Fine and Ian Scofield passed on a voice vote and was recorded as approved.
