"It was a marathon of a day for him, but I think he did well," Jessica said.
Members noted that national good practice often stretches onboarding across months and that systems increasingly provide materials that cover not only organizational charts and policy but also unwritten practices and political context. The committee urged staff to finalize an onboarding schedule and materials and to incorporate statutory references and bylaws summaries for new regents.
