- Administrative settlement for a right-of-way take (Cross Point roundabout project): Approved. The original fair-market appraisal was $52,700; the landowner requested $1,250 to address rework to an existing lawn sprinkler system. The settlement approved at the meeting was reported as $53,950.
- Acceptance of restricted donations for stormwater outreach and education: Approved. Danco Construction $500; Blankenberger $500.
- Approval of event barricade requests and road closures (pending certificates of insurance where required): Approved. Items included the Java Joe 5K (March 1), Evansville Goodwill Fifth Third Turkey Day 5K (Nov. 27), Run of Luck (March 15) and St. Patrick's Day on Main (March 15).
- Approval of bills and payroll: Approved by voice vote.
