The board approved account signers and check‑signer forms for district bank accounts and accepted a donation of $400 from the Ring and Run event to the general fund; the board thanked the donor.
A consent agenda was moved and passed; a board member (who disclosed a family relationship to a personnel item) abstained from the related personnel vote. The board also approved quarterly board pay as included in the packet and advanced policies for second reading as presented.
