Committee procedure and votes
Most measures were advanced with an "affirmative recommendation" from the committees; several items were explicitly held for further department presentations or public hearings. When sponsors or staff requested additional information, committees voted to hold rather than vote on final passage.
Routine business
The committees also approved invoices and P-card reconciliations; the Finance and Law Committee noted that several EMS invoices totaling more than $5,000 were reimbursements for event coverage and did not require rule waivers.
