The San Francisco Fire Commission on Jan. 8 approved minutes from three December 2024 meetings and adopted its 2025 annual statement of purpose.
Commissioners voted to approve minutes from the regular meeting on Dec. 11, 2024, and special meetings on Dec. 17 and Dec. 20, 2024 after checks for public comment. For each set of minutes a motion was made and seconded; the commission recorded the motions as passed during roll calls with commissioners present.
The commission then considered and adopted the 2025 annual statement of purpose. A motion to adopt the statement was moved and seconded; President Morgan recorded the vote, "I vote yay," and the chair announced the motion passed. No public comment was recorded on the item.
These were procedural matters and did not change department policy or budgets. The commission adjourned after completing its agenda.
