The commission granted conditional final approval with conditions addressing the outlined deficiencies.
Former golf course (Keira Township): The applicants (listed in the record as Donald J., Junior, Eric and Eiffert) proposed consolidating two existing lots into a 27.77‑acre tract with existing on‑lot water, sewer and buildings.
