Oxnard mayor urged to appoint District 5 representative to Cultural Arts Commission

At a city council meeting, Oxnard City Clerk Lully Lopez recommended that the mayor, with the approval of the city council, appoint a District 5 representative to the Cultural Arts Commission.

Lopez also said, “Staff will return on a rolling basis with additional council nominations to fill the remaining vacancies in the city's commissions, committees, and boards.”

Councilwoman Vasuha nominated the District 5 candidate during the agenda item.
