Several other routine personnel motions (items 1–4, 6–11, 21) were approved as presented; item 5 under personnel was tabled by motion.
Each appointment was presented by the superintendent as a recommendation and approved by roll call. Votes were recorded for each motion; the board declared each listed item carried when the roll calls concluded. Several board members abstained on individual items where an employment relationship created a conflict of interest, as noted on the record.
