Kyle Berg, applicant, described the operation as small and drop-off based: "I teach a maximum of 8 students at a time, and if parents drop off the kids, and then leave...we have probably 5 vehicles that come drop off a child." Council members who spoke did not raise remaining objections. A motion to approve the business license was made and seconded; the council approved the license by voice vote (tally not specified).
