Summary
The Mendocino County BID Advisory Board elected Cali Dim as chair and John Glidewell as vice chair, approved a meeting calendar with a Feb. 25 and a March 19 special meeting, and heard from consultant Ramon (BMC) on the annual report timeline and status of a proposed TBID petition drive.
The Mendocino County BID Advisory Board on an uncontested vote elected Board member Cali Dim as chair and Board member John Glidewell as vice chair, approved a meeting calendar that sets a Feb. 25, 1:00 p.m. meeting and a March 19 special meeting at 11:30 a.m., and discussed timelines and contingency budgets tied to a proposed Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID).
Adrian Thompson, Planning and Building Services staff, called the meeting to order, noted technical difficulties that delayed the start, and completed a roll call with a quorum present in Fort Bragg. Ramon, representing BMC, told the board he would deliver a draft annual report updated by February and recommended the board consider the draft at a Feb. 25 meeting, with a tentative follow-up in March if minor changes were required.
