Mendocino County BID Advisory Board elects officers, sets meeting dates and hears TBID petition update

The Mendocino County BID Advisory Board on an uncontested vote elected Board member Cali Dim as chair and Board member John Glidewell as vice chair, approved a meeting calendar that sets a Feb. 25, 1:00 p.m. meeting and a March 19 special meeting at 11:30 a.m., and discussed timelines and contingency budgets tied to a proposed Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID).

Adrian Thompson, Planning and Building Services staff, called the meeting to order, noted technical difficulties that delayed the start, and completed a roll call with a quorum present in Fort Bragg. Ramon, representing BMC, told the board he would deliver a draft annual report updated by February and recommended the board consider the draft at a Feb. 25 meeting, with a tentative follow-up in March if minor changes were required.
