Among the items presented and approved were a veterans-services purchase of 15,120 flags for county cemeteries at $12,296 (budgeted); two ratified correctional-facility payments — $787.80 to Craftmaster Hardware for a door closer and $838.30 to Lindsay Refrigeration for replacement of two rooftop-unit crankcase heaters (both not budgeted); and multiple juvenile-probation items including a community-service contract with the Crawford County Conservation District effective April 1–Oct. 15, 2025 for mowing and cleanup ($5,000 payable on completion), a gold-level fleet car-wash agreement at $12 per wash for eight JPO vehicles, and a $3,940 extended-warranty/support agreement for 10 electronic monitoring units (HomeGuard 2020) covering repair and maintenance.
