Board to consider $150,000 increase to legal services contract, procurement staff says

Catherine Kamenicki, contracts administrator, said the chief legal officer asked the board to approve a $150,000 increase to the contract with Kearney, Callahan, Bresler, Bennett & Cher, bringing the contract total to $250,000 with a term of Sept. 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
Kamenicki said the item will likely appear on the Jan. 28 public board meeting agenda if no changes are needed after committee review. No formal committee vote occurred on the procurement item at the Operations Committee meeting.
The procurement item was presented as one agenda item; there were no public comments and the committee moved on to closing business.
