Board approves memorandum of agreement with teachers association in unanimous vote

Board President Mr. Goldhammer read the MOA resolution into the record and called a roll‑call vote on the item, which the board treated separately from the consent agenda. Votes were recorded as: "Mister Davis — yay; Mister Sammartino — yay; Mister Ferraro — yay; Missus Costanza — yay; Missus Deener — yay; and the president voted yay," resulting in a unanimous approval.
Board members did not request additional discussion on the MOA at the time of the vote. The superintendent recommended approval as part of the personnel and business agenda; the MOA was included in the meeting packet under business and operations.
