Board chair and zone director Carrie (last name not specified) said she had contacted members between the December and February meetings to fill the vacant vice chair and secretary posts and moved the slate. Because the board lacked a quorum earlier in the session, members had agreed to schedule a short special meeting to complete formal election procedures.
