Staff also attached the Hill ambassador year-end report and survey results and credited the ambassador team for contributing to cleanliness and safety on the Hill.
Commissioners and staff discussed outreach and support options; staff said the city had no direct wage-bridge funding but that insurance or community fundraising were the likely supports in this case.
