The Delaware County Interactive Gaming Revenue Authority on Dec. 19 approved its November treasurer’s report, authorized a set of vendor payments and signed off on new procedures to process ACH payments, the authority said at a meeting held virtually and at county offices.
The authority approved routine payments to vendors including Majan Technologies ($1,250), Brinker Simpson ($1,490) and Corse Vector ($431) to add ADA compatibility to the authority’s website vendor DeSigware. Board members also approved an internal change to require dual email authorization from the authority chair and treasurer before the county or its fiscal agent initiates ACH disbursements.
The approvals came as Treasurer (name not specified) presented a month-end statement showing a beginning balance of $730,068.93 and a corrected statement ending balance of $721,080.35.
