Staff concluded that requiring dedication at this time would be impractical and that the variance follows sound public policy; Harris County Engineering registered no objection.
The commission voted to grant the requested variance to avoid current ordinance-required widening dedication and to approve the plat subject to standard CPC 101 form conditions.
