FAAC approves minutes and adjourns; committee solicits nominations for new members

During the morning session Cecilia Jones, director of financial aid and FAAC chair, asked for changes to the Dec. 5 minutes. A member moved to approve the minutes and another member seconded; the chair called for the vote and the motion carried by voice vote.
Committee business included a reminder that the Coordinating Board is accepting nominations for FAAC membership; nominations are due April 11 and must be submitted by someone with authority to nominate (self‑nomination is not permitted). The chair also reminded members the committee typically selects a vice chair at the June meeting; the vice chair becomes chair in September.
