Committee advances bill changing disposition of property in certain theft cases

Committee members offered no substantive questions on the floor of the committee and the measure moved forward on a motion by Senator Wheeler, seconded by Senator Reid. Chair Storm announced the bill was reported favorably with the expression of opinion and will go to the full Senate.
